*Renewal of Subscriptions: Please note that all subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled. If the licence is not cancelled before the renewal date then the full monthly or yearly charge will be payable by the user (this will be charged to your credit card if we have it on file, taken from your bank account by direct debit or an invoice will be due). Users are able to track their renewal date and other details about their licence from the 'Client Billing Portal'.

*VAT: The appropriate rate of VAT will be charged when subscription and other costs are billed. At present, VAT is not chargeable for users based outside the EU and you will not be charged VAT (you are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax in your territory). EU residents will be charged at the appropriate rate for the country where they reside in accordance with the new EU rules for payment of VAT for electronic services
